I’ve always wondered how many cigarette buds lies on the side of the roads in South Africa.  When driving around in the city you can’t go around NOT seeing someone flick a cigarette out their windows.  Littering the city full of non-biodegradable material is just irresponsible and inconsiderate of your fellow South Africans.

Cape Town council(again – as always) are enforcing some bylaws to enforce this trend and trying to prevent veld fires during the “wildfire”-season.

So if your smoking, please be considerate, use your cars’ ashtray, that is what is is there for ….
