Another new blog created, I’m playing around with blog software and abit of SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) practices.

I’m very keen to learn the tricks of the Wine Tasting arena, so will blog my experiences here.

Last night, being very relaxed I placed my hand on my wife’s tummy, and waited for 18h30, the time which the baby has been kicking for the last few days.

After a few minutes, he/she kicked – very faint but there , wow – what a feeling… to know there is something inside there that is yours and you’ll have to look after it as soon as it comes out.

I’ve made a few changes to the blog, basically 2:

1. Added BlogRoll categories and displyaing different links to different categies.
2. Added a link to the IntoShape website.

A bit more background info to what IntoShape is.

This is one of my very first projects where we intended it to be a number one health and fitness resource for people looking for information to shed some of those extra pounds or just living healthy.

Myself and our partner have begun re-strategising around the site, and we’ve been thinking about expanding the features of the site.

The website also had a very well grown forum but due to spamming and limited time from my side I had to remove it temporarily, so the first big move is to get it back and add some anti-spam methods to the forum.

So expect some great new movements on this site.
