One of my friends launched his webpage which he has been pondering about the last couple of months, named IntoShape.

This site is still in prelaunch and they are starting to market the site with nice prizes and competitions.

Dewald, my friends’ name asked me to help him on the forum that he created for fitness “freaks” to chat and collatborate.

I think I’m going to enjoy it as I really need some postitive adjustment towards my health…
